Shipping

Shipping

The Skylight Warehouse ship to addresses in NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, WA, SA and NT on request, please contact us if you would like to enquire about a shipping cost - sales@shireskylights.com.au 

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Shipping fees are calculated by postcode and will be determined at the time of purchase in the shopping cart.

All goods will be left unattended at the delivery address if no one is available to sign for them. Please be aware that we do not hold responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods under these circumstances.

Lead times:

Please refer to the product page for dispatch lead times, as they may vary by product. Dispatch lead time indicates the estimated time it takes for your goods to leave our warehouse and does not include transportation time. 

Transportation time varies due to several factors, including customer location and quantity of goods, and can range from 3 to 7 business days.

Transit Insurance:

Our transit insurance covers all products against damage or loss while in transit from our warehouse to the delivery address you specify. Note: If you do not select transit insurance The Skylight Warehouse cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Click here to read our Transit insurance policy

Pick up

SYDNEY: Pick up is available at our Sydney warehouse between 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

SOUTH NORWA: Pick up is available at our South Nowra warehouse between 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Returns

Shire Skylights will accept skylight returns for change of mind if the below conditions are met: Please note a 10% re stocking fee applies.

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The goods are unopened and in original condition
  • Returns will need to be shipped directly to the VELUX Warehouse in Sydney and be at the customers expense. If they do not arrive in original condition no refund will be given. This is at the discretion of VELUX Australia.

We do not accept returns for any flashing products as they are custom made.
